UP govt announces new dates for police recruitment exam
Lakhs of youths preparing for the police recruitment examination can now breathe a sigh of relief as the Uttar Pradesh government has announced new dates for the previously canceled exam.
While two persons died on the spot, two others were received dead at the nearby government-run hospital.

At least four persons were killed and nine others seriously injured on Sunday when a pick-up van they were travelling in collided with a coal-laden truck head-on near Janiera junction on the National Highway No.-49 under the Lakhanpur police station jurisdiction of Odisha’s Jharsuguda district.
While two persons died on the spot, two others were received dead at the nearby government-run hospital. All the injured persons are stated to be critical, police said.
The road accident occurred at around 10 am, police said attributing reckless driving as the principal cause of the mishap.
