Pahalgam terror attack: Narrow escape for three Kerala High Court judges
Three judges of the Kerala High Court, who were on a tour to Jammu and Kashmir, narrowly escaped the Pahalgam terror attack on Tuesday that claimed 28 lives.
The ED filed a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act following the disclosure of Unitac owner Santosh Eepan that he had paid a bribe.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a notice to M Sivasankar, former Principal Secretary to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, directing him to appear before the agency for interrogation in connection with the alleged irregularities in foreign aid received for the LIFE Mission housing project.
The ED has asked him to reach at the agency’s Kochi office on Tuesday. However, as Sivasankar is retiring from service on January 31, he requested to postpone the date.

Earlier, the ED had recorded the statements of gold smuggling accused Swapna Suresh and Sarith. They alleged that Sivasankar intervened to get the Life Mission contract for Unitac. The ED has also interrogated Unitac owner Santhosh Eapen in the case.
