Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday paid a courtesy visit to Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at his residence in Gandhinagar. The two leaders held discussions on governance models, mutual cooperation, and innovative approaches to state-led development.
Chief Minister Sai said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) could only be achieved through collective participation and inter-state collaboration. He emphasized that every state has a vital role in building a self-reliant nation by sharing best practices in administration, innovation, and public welfare.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Sai presented Bastar Art and a Coffee Table Book on Bastar Dussehra, highlighting the cultural vibrancy and folk heritage of southern Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Patel lauded Chhattisgarh’s rich traditions and extended his best wishes for the state’s ongoing development initiatives, especially in its Silver Jubilee Year.
Both Chief Ministers also agreed to explore deeper cooperation between Gujarat and Chhattisgarh in sectors such as culture, tourism, industry, and governance, reinforcing their shared commitment to advancing the spirit of Team India and realizing the goal of Viksit Bharat.
