Addressing a nomination rally in favour of BJP candidate from Danapur Ramkripal Yadav, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp attack on the Opposition INDIA bloc while praising the NDA government. “Welfare of the poor has never been on the agenda of the RJD and Congress. Their only agenda is the welfare of their own families,” he said, adding that the NDA government is capable of curbing their corruption.
He further stated, “You must have seen in Uttar Pradesh how dreaded criminals involved in kidnapping rackets were once supported by RJD’s partners, spreading anarchy. Today, they are facing their downfall. The Modi government is providing housing to the poor, something the Congress could have done but didn’t.”
Later, he also addressed a nomination rally in Saharsa soliciting votes for BJP candidate Alok Ranjan Jha, who is contesting from this seat for the fourth consecutive time as BJP candidate.
