Horticulture Officer arrested for accepting Rs 30,000 bribe
Acting on the complaint, a team of the Vigilance bureau laid a trap and arrested the officer red-handed in the presence of the duty magistrate
APPSC recruitment 2018: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission will start the online application for Horticulture Officer recruitment on the official website today. The candidates will be able to fill the application form on the official website- psc.ap.gov.in from December 14 till January , 3 2019.
The total number of vacancies is 39.

• Mains examination: April 3 and 4, 2019
Academic qualification:
• Interested candidates must possess a degree in Horticulture of a recognized University.
• If candidates do not have a degree in Horticulture, then the commission may consider candidates with M.Sc. degree in Agriculture with specialization in Horticulture.
Age limit:
• Interested candidates must be in the age bracket of 18 to 42 years.
• However, age relaxation will be available to the candidates.
How to apply:
• The candidates who are applying for the first time, have to first fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain OTPR ID.
• The Applicant have to login in the Commission’s website with the user name (OTPR ID) and the Password set by Candidate.
• After that, the Applicants have to click on the “Online Application Submission” on the official website.
