The Allahabad High Court has given interim relief to two accused in the Bareilly violence on Wednesday.
Accused Nadeem Khan and Bablu Khan received relief from the Allahabad High Court as the court granted an interim stay on the arrest of the two brothers until the charge sheet is filed. The case was heard by a double bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra.

On September 26, both brothers were accused of the Bareilly violence. The two absconding accused approached the Allahabad High Court to avoid arrest.
An FIR has been registered at the Baradari police station in Bareilly, and both are accused of conspiring in the Bareilly violence.
The petition was filed by the brothers in the Allahabad High Court seeking a stay on their arrest and the quashing of the FIR.
