Teachers’ job scam: CBI tells court of nexus
The CBI today submitted in Calcutta High court that the teachers’ recruitment scam at the primary level was a fallout of an unholy nexus between Tapas Mandol and Kuntal Ghosh
A day after being acquitted by the Allahabad High Court in the murders of their teenage daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj giving them the benefit of doubt, dentist couple – Rajesh and Nupur Talwar will be released from jail on Friday.
According to reports, the couple is likely to walk out of Dasna jail in Ghaziabad by 4 pm, four years after being convicted.
A bench of Justice BK Narayana and Justice AK Mishra set free the couple in the murder of 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar at their Jalvayu Vihar home in Noida on May 16, 2008 overturning a Special CBI Court judgment which convicted them for the murders.

The Talwars then appealed in the Allahabad High Court against the verdict.
Reacting to the verdict, the CBI had on Thursday said it would study the Allahabad High Court order and “decide the future course of action”.
