This year’s winners list has created quite a buzz. At the top of the list is Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s ’12th Fail’, which won the coveted Best Feature Film award. The quirky and clever satire ‘Kathal: A Jackfruit Mystery’ was recognized as the Best Hindi Film.
