Big B is shrouded in mystery in new ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ poster
A new poster from the upcoming sci-fi film 'Kalki 2898 AD' was unveiled on Saturday. The poster features veteran Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan in a new avatar.
The trailer of Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Marjaavaan is out. The film looks like a continuation of Ek Villian‘s storyline that featured both the leads.
Marjaavaan also features Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet Singh. While Tara plays Sidharth’s love interest, Rakul’s role in the trailer looks more like that of a guest appearance.
Milap Milan Zaveri’s directorial opens with high-end action sequences performed by Sidharth Malhotra and a hefty-dialogue banter between Sidharth and Riteish. The trailer could have been better edited. It is stuffed with unnecessary character details, especially of Sidharth and Riteish. Latter plays the role of the lead antagonist who is 3 feet tall and introduces himself with the classic “Teri Galiyan” number from Ek Villain that broke all music chartbuster records.

The background score suits the action-thriller genre and reminds us of the old-school Bollywood typical hero-villain dramas. The dialogues fit the 80’s era of Hindi cinema and Ritiesh looks amply fused in that air. Sidharth looks a bit old-school Amitabh Bachchan in parts of the trailer.
Makers also shared a new poster of the film ahead of its trailer release.
Riteish Deshmukh shared the trailer release on his official Twitter handle. He wrote, “Tu naayak toh main khalnaayak, tu shaana toh main DEDH shaana!#MarjaavaanTrailer out now -http://bit.ly/Marjaavaan-OfficialTrailer.”
