Kapil Sharma seeks blessings at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine
Television superstar Kapil Sharma visited the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine on Monday to seek blessings during the auspicious Navratri.
As Diwali comes nearer, so does the date to Bhumi Pednekar and Taapsee Pannu starrer Saand Ki Aankh release. Both stars found themselves on The Kapil Sharma Show, where they were present to promote their upcoming film.
In a promo teaser video that Kapil Sharma shared on his official Instagram handle, Kapil is seen conversing with the two who are seen sporting yellow turbans.
Kapil is seen teasing Bhumi Pednekar about her choice of films, stating that she accidently always tends to be a part of problem films. From weight issues in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, to ‘toilet problem’ in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha and others, Kapil is seen entertaining the duo and the audiences.

Present were also the famous shooter dadis; Chandro and Prakashi Tomar on whose lives Saand Ki Aankh has been based.
Kapil shared a short clip from the film fetauring them. “This #weekend #shooter DADI #chandrotomar , #prakashitomar n #beautiful n very talented @taapsee n @bhumipednekar in #thekapilsharmashow…” he wrote.
Saand Ki Aankh is being helmed by Tushar Hiranandini and produced by Anurag Kashyap.
The film has garnered much appreciation for itself especially after its songs were launched.
Saand Ki Aankh will release alongside Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 4 this Diwali.
