Dr Ram Charan: Chennai university confers honorary doctorate on power star
Telugu superstar Ram Charan, who will be seen in ‘RC 16’ and ‘RC 17’, received an honorary doctorate in literature from the Vels University in Chennai on Saturday.
Ram Charan starrer Telugu movie Rangasthalam is set to release its teaser on January 24, 2018. It is a film directed by Sukumar and has Samantha Akkineni as the female lead. Meanwhile Aadhi Pinisetty and Jagapathi Babu play crucial roles in the movie.
Mythri Movie Makers have announced that the teaser will be released at 4:15PM on the set date via a tweet on their twitter account.

Rangastalam is a romantic drama set in the 1980’s and is set with the love story theme between a rich girl and a poor boy in a village in Coastal Andhra.
Rangastalam is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri. The screenplay and the story are written by the director Sukumar himself. Music is given by Devi Sri Prasad and the cinematography is done by R Rathnavelu.
According to reports, with a budget of around $16 million, the movie was launched by Chiranjeevi in February 2017 and commenced its shooting in April 2017. It is said to hit theatres on March 30, 2018.
