‘Coolie’ has already created massive buzz, with the makers planning a grand release in over 100 countries. The trailer, which dropped recently, has only heightened the anticipation.

From what it reveals, Rajinikanth plays a man who has been living a quiet life, but steps into action when his close friend, played by Sathyaraj, faces a serious threat. Despite his daughter (Shruti Haasan) warning him to stay out of trouble, he decides to help.

The star-studded cast is another reason for the hype. Alongside Rajinikanth, fans will see powerhouse performers like Telugu icon Nagarjuna, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, Kannada legend Upendra, Malayalam actor Soubin Shahir, and more.

However, the film has also stirred some discussion due to its certification. The Censor Board has cleared ‘Coolie’ with an ‘A’ (Adults Only) certificate because of its intense action and possibly strong content.

While hardcore fans are ready to rush to theatres, some feel that this rating could keep family audiences, especially children, from experiencing Rajinikanth’s magic on the big screen. This is important because a large portion of the superstar’s fanbase has always been families.
