Funky Boyz has come up with a new Punjabi track, “Shradhanjali: A Tribute to The Martyrs of Pulwama.” The track was released recently on Youtube is in the form of a rap.
The track encourages people to get together and remember the martyrs in their prayers. The song also expresses condolences to the bereaved members of those killed in Pulwama, South Kashmir when an explosive-laden car rammed into a bus killing over 44 CRPF personnel on February 14
Its lyrics, on one hand, express the sacrifice of the soldiers, while on the other, speak about the ignorance of the people with regard to the extent of the responsibility that lies on those stationed at the borders.
