The focal point of this year’s Holi was American singer and lyricist Pharrell Williams celebrating the festival with the B-towners. The rapper visited India for a brand engagement and attended the Holi party hosted by Ranveer Singh. Social media was swamped with pictures of Pharrell ‘enjoying’ with Ranveer, Mini Mathur, Anusha Dandekar and others.

Pharrell took to Instagram and posted a picture from the Holi bash and captioned it,”You guys, my experience at yesterday’s Holi fest, was NEXT LEVEL. The music was beyond anything I have ever heard. My family, my team and I had an incredible time… I love India and am so inspired. Thank you so much @adidasoriginals for hosting us yesterday.”

Twitterati have spotted something weird in the pictures though. Pharrell’s photographs reminded them of the time when Ed Sheeran visited India and partied with the Bollywood celebs.
