Amitabh Bachchan to receive Lata Deenanath Mangeshkar Award
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan to be honored with the prestigious Lata Mangeshkar Award for his outstanding contributions, joining a distinguished list of recipients.
Before the release of the film Manmarziyaan, which stars Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal, the actors have already got praise from most of the B-town celebrities, and the Shehenshah of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan had special words of praise for Taapsee and Vicky and he expressed his appreciation in a special way.
Actors Taapsee and Vicky were in surprise when they received handwritten notes and flowers from Amitabh Bachchan. Both shared their gratitude from their respective social media handles.

Taapsee posted an adorable picture in which she is seen lying on the ground, holding the letter in her hand, as the bunch of flowers lay next to her. And in her Instagram Story, she was jumping all around her house holding the letter and the bouquet. Taapsee captioned the photo as, “Finally ! THIS LETTER ! A milestone achieved !”
While Vicky tweeted the photo of the letter along with the similar bouquet of flowers. The letter reads, “I have always admired your work, your versatility in Manmarziyaan is exceptional. To find such performance, qualities in one such as you, with your limited years in the profession is beyond words. My admiration, love and blessings.” Vicky captioned the picture as, “This means the world to me! Thank You @SrBachchan Sir for this handwritten letter of appreciation and bouquet #Manmarziyaan”
Taapsee has already worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the award-winning film Pink while Vicky is yet to share the screen with Big B.
