Did surgery mistakes kill Hulk Hogan? New report raises doubts
Brooke Hogan, who was always close to her father, has become one of the loudest voices demanding answers. She has openly said that the official explanation doesn’t add up.
She pointed to his public support for former President Donald Trump and his speech at last year’s Republican National Convention as possible reasons.

Wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan, who passed away in July at the age of 71, was noticeably missing from the “In Memoriam” segment at this week’s Emmy Awards. Now, his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, has shared her thoughts on why Hulk might have been left out.
In an interview reported by Deadline, Linda suggested that Hogan’s absence could be because of his political views.

“I can’t prove that. It’s just a guess, but they should have named him!” she said.

Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, is one of the biggest names in professional wrestling. He rose to fame during his time with the WWF (now WWE), captivating audiences with his larger-than-life persona.
Linda highlighted his influence on television ratings, saying, “WWF at the top of the hour when he came on to wrestle… [Hulk] had the highest ratings on NBC, beating all other competition for that time slot for years!”
Despite Hogan’s impact in wrestling and pop culture, Linda believes that his political opinions may have influenced the Television Academy’s decision.
“I really can’t tell you why they left him out. Just a guess considering the way they treated him at his last appearance in LA,” she added.
Hogan’s political involvement has caused controversy in the past. Earlier this year, when he made a surprise appearance during WWE’s Netflix debut, his support for Trump led to boos from the crowd.
Beyond the wrestling ring, Hogan also made his mark in Hollywood and reality TV. He appeared in films and television shows and starred alongside his family in VH1’s reality series ‘Hogan Knows Best’, which ran from 2005 to 2007.
