Linda Hamilton, known for her iconic role in the “Terminator” series, is gearing up for her debut in the highly anticipated final season of “Stranger Things.” However, despite her excitement about joining the cast of the beloved Netflix series, she revealed in a recent interview that she won’t be tuning in to watch the upcoming season.
Hamilton expressed her love for the show’s nostalgic 80s vibe and “Dungeons and Dragons” inspired storyline but confessed that being cast in the final season has changed her perspective. “When you buy into something, you don’t see yourself in it. So, I think it ruined the show for me,” she explained. “It would completely take me out of the reality of it to see myself in there. So, I won’t be watching [Season 5].”

Despite her decision to skip watching the season, Hamilton is still enjoying her time on set. She shared that she’s been having a blast filming, even though her role remains shrouded in mystery. However, amidst the anticipation, cast member Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson, stirred up some controversy by suggesting that they should have killed more characters in previous seasons to raise the stakes.
