Actor Irrfan Khan returned to India last month from London where he was undergoing treatment for neuroendocrine tumour. The actor, who has refrained from speaking to the media, was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Saturday.

Some photographs have surfaced online and they show Irrfan avoiding cameras at the airport as he hid his face with a muffler. He was wearing a pink jacket and camouflage pants.

It was not clear as to where was the actor headed to.

In March 2018, before leaving for London for treatment, Irrfan (52) had revealed that he had been diagnosed with a rare tumour.

“The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope,” Irrfan had earlier said while sharing the news of his illness.

According to reports, the actor will soon start shooting for the sequel of his 2017 film “Hindi Medium”.
