Cameras caught Kylie beaming and mouthing, “I love you,” in response.
A private yet public couple
While Kylie and Timothee have often attended events together, they have largely kept their relationship under wraps.
Chalamet has previously said he doesn’t like to speak much about his personal life, telling the press, “I don’t say that with any fear. I just don’t have anything to say.”
Still, fans have spotted them sharing adorable public appearances recently, including at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and now at the Critics Choice Awards.
Stiff competition, big win
Chalamet’s award came alongside tough competition, with fellow nominees including Leonardo DiCaprio (‘One Battle After Another’), Joel Edgerton (‘Train Dreams’), Ethan Hawke (‘Blue Moon’), Michael B. Jordan (‘Sinners’), and Wagner Moura (‘The Secret Agent’).
Hosted by Chelsea Handler, the 31st Critics Choice Awards at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica was the first major awards ceremony of the 2026 season. The night celebrated film and television talent, honouring actors, directors, creators for their outstanding work across the entertainment industry.
