Rani Mukerji credits ‘Pathaan’ for reviving YRF’s spirits

Fans showered their love on Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan on Valentine’s Day, and for their dates, people took their special ones for a romantic movie date and watched Pathaan. This led to the film witnessing a growth by at least 30 per cent.
The movie has now surpassed the Rs 950-crore mark globally, and is eyeing the Rs 500-crore mark at the domestic box-office collection. The film released on January 25, 2023, and has managed to break several records in Hindi cinema.
Pathaan, which released on January 25, is running an uprising at the box office. Also starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, the film took a bumper opening at the box office and it doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon. On Day 21, the film reportedly earned Rs 5 crore as per early estimates.

Not only in India but the film is doing surprisingly well worldwide. It is inching closer to the Rs 1,000-crore mark. The worldwide gross collections of Pathaan are over Rs 960 crore till now. It is expected to hit the Rs 1,000-crore gross in due course.
The total of this week is over 38 crore and its looking to close at 45 crore net as collections will come down again to normal levels today.
