The release date of much talked about Saif Ali Khan and Tabu starrer Jawaani Jaaneman has been postponed. The movie, which was earlier slated to hit the theatres on November 29 this year, had been pushed forward to February 7, 2020. But the film is now slated to release a week prior to the given date.

On Monday, the makers of the film revealed the new release date. Actress Alaya F took to her official Instagram handle to share the news announcement. She posted a teaser poster of the film, revealing the date and featuring a man sleeping on his belly with two women.

Whereas, the actress shared another teaser poster on Tuesday featuring the same poster but this time, the man who was lying on his belly, revealed his face and he is no other than Saif Ali Khan.

Alongside the poster, she wrote, “His relationship status: Always single and ready to jingle. #JawaaniJaaneman in cinemas on 31st January 2020 (sic).”

Meanwhile, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his official Twitter handle to share the new poster of the film. Alongside the teaser poster, he wrote, “New release date… #JawaaniJaaneman will now release earlier: 31 Jan 2020… Stars #SaifAliKhan, #AlaiaF and #Tabu… Directed by Nitin Kakkar… Produced by Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Saif Ali Khan and Jay Shewakramani… Teaser poster (sic).”

Jawaani Jaaneman also stars Tabu and Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaia F. This film will mark the Bollywood debut of Alaia. According to reports, Saif will be playing an “accidental dad” in the film.

Alaia earlier took to Instagram to share a picture with the entire cast of Jawaani Jaaneman. She wrote, “I get to learn so much on set every single day when I’m working with such incredibly talented people! Soooooooo grateful and sooooooo excited for #JawaaniJaaneman.”

Jawaani Jaaneman will be co-produced by Saif, under his new banner, Black Knight Films. The film is directed by Nitin Kakkar. The film is slated to release on January 31.
