Malaika and Arjun may have parted ways, but their story remains one of Bollywood’s most talked-about relationships. The two dated for nearly six years before calling it quits last year. Despite their breakup, they’ve managed to maintain a friendly bond.
It was during the promotions of ‘Singham Again’, starring Ajay Devgn, when Arjun finally confirmed that he was single. When a fan mentioned Malaika’s name at a public event, Arjun laughed and said, “Nahi nahi, abhi single hoon.”
Professionally, both stars seem to be thriving in their own worlds. Arjun last appeared in ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’, a romantic comedy directed by Mudassar Aziz. The film, featuring Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh alongside him, revolves around a divorced man whose life spirals into chaos when his ex-wife suddenly returns while he’s trying to rekindle romance with his college crush.
Meanwhile, Malaika recently set screens ablaze with her performance in the energetic track ‘Poison Baby’ from the upcoming horror comedy ‘Thamma’ starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna.
Talking about her return to full-fledged dance numbers, Malaika said, “It’s been years since I led a big dance track like this. ‘Poison Baby’ felt electric. I wanted it to feel dangerous, beautiful, and untamed all at once.”
The song, composed by Sachin-Jigar with vocals by Jasmine Sandlas and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, has all the makings of a chartbuster.
Janhvi Kapoor opens up about the harsh reality of social media, explaining how trolls often target her half-brother Arjun Kapoor just for clicks and engagement.
Malaika Arora opens up about her divorce from Arbaaz Khan, sharing the struggles she faced during her failed marriage. She reveals how she dealt with judgment and backlash from family while choosing her own happiness.
The film, directed by Abhishek Varman, follows the journey of Krish and Ananya, a Punjabi boy and a Tamil Brahmin girl, who fall in love and struggle to convince their families to accept their relationship.
