Bhumi Pednekar is receiving praise for her powerful portrayal of a journalist in her latest release ‘Bhakshak’. The film, a Red Chillies Entertainment production, delves into the journey of a determined woman seeking justice. In ‘Bhakshak’, Bhumi tackles a case involving the sexual assault of children at a girls’ shelter home.
Grateful for the audience’s appreciation, Bhumi expressed, “As an actor, there’s nothing more gratifying than receiving universal acclaim from both the industry and viewers for one’s performance. I’m deeply invested in my craft, and every film holds a special significance for me. ‘Bhakshak’ stands out because of its compelling narrative and the role I portray—a woman driving change.”
