With a surprise treat for children, Aamir Khan is all set to
launch the first track from his forthcoming film Dangal.

The song ‘Baapu tu sehat ke liye hanikarak hai…’ is
an ode to children’s sentiments towards fathers.

Written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and composed by Pritam, the
song is penned like an anthem where kids are telling their father that he
is not good for their health and is too strict.

Shot in Ludhiana, the song is a representation of all the
emotions undergone by the little hearts on being coaxed to achieve higher
goals.

Hanikarak brings to the forefront the rigorous journey
that led to the making of a female Olympic medal winner. The song beautifully
encapsulates the feelings of Geeta and Babita towards their father (Mahavir
Singh Phogat) during their training phase,” a spokesperson confirmed.

Aamir will launch the song on November 12, with younger
Geeta (Zaira Wasim), Babita (Suhani Bhatnagar) and director Nitesh Tiwari.

The Dangal trailer has already crossed over 29
million views across platforms and is rapidly heading towards reaching the 30
million mark in less than a month of its launch.

The crux of Mahavir Phogat’s biopic, the father-daughter
story, has struck chords with the masses worldwide and is slated to release
on December 23.
