Bishal Sharma bags the trophy of ‘Super Dancer Chapter 2’

Assamese boy Bishal Sharma, a 12-year old, has bagged the trophy with a majority vote. Super Dancer Chapter 2, which made a history for being the longest-running dance reality show.

He beat three other finalists Ritik Diwaker, Vaishnavi Prajapati, and Akash Thapa to take home the trophy.

Bishal received a prize money of Rs 15 lakh and a dazzling trophy, while his mentor received a cheque of Rs 5 lakh.

Sony TV took to their Twitter handle and shared the news, “India, Your love and support has made Bishal Sharma The winner of Super Dancer Chapter 2! Heartiest congratulations to him for winning Super Dancer Chapter 2! ”


Varun Dhawan also graced the finale with his presence. He shook a leg with judge Shilpa Shetty. Shilpa also grooved to some peppy numbers and showing off her belly dance moves, while Geeta Kapur paid a special tribute to yesteryear heroines with her brilliant act.

“I am really happy and thrilled to win the title of ‘Dance Ka Kal’ on Super Dancer Chapter 2. It is truly a dream come true for me and I am grateful to the judges, my choreographer and Sony Entertainment Television for believing in me. It is through their guidance and support, I have been able to achieve this and make my parents proud,” Sharma said in a statement.
