SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion is already making history at the box office in China as the film will be releasing in more than 7,000 screens, surpassing the record of Aamir Khan’s Dangal , which was screened at 7,000 locations.

Salaman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan had opened on 8,000 screen, highest for an Indian film.

Baahubali 2 is all set to be released in China on May 4 and just a day before its release, the film has surely got a positive news from the Chinese cinema houses.

According to reports, the film is expected to create history at the box office in China in the opening weekend, which will also jack up the film’s worldwide business.

Baahubali 2, which stands at the second place with a business of more than Rs 1,700-crore in its lifetime run at the box office, is just behind Dangal in terms of numbers.

However, the film’s massive release in China will make it sure shot success story, if one goes by the recent examples, which show Indian films have a big market in the neighbouring country.

Numerous trade pundits also strongly speculate that after a year of its worldwide release back in 2017, Baahubali 2 might just become the highest grossing Indian film ever by surpassing the record of Aamir’s Dangal, which stands a little over Rs 2,200-crore.

Apparently, with such an impressive number of screens, the business of the film in China will raise curiousity.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan was screened on 8,000 screens in China collecting Rs 295-crore in its lifetime run there.

Nonetheless, Baahubali 2‘s China run would surely elevate the film’s status in the highest grossing Indian films ever.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, Baahubali 2 featuring Prabhas and Rana Daggubati in the lead roles is all set to release in China on May 4.
