‘It scares me’, Arti on loss, fear and anxiety
Describing her vulnerability, Arti said the loss of her close friends triggered fear and anxiety. “It is extremely scary and also makes me anxious,” she shared, adding that at times she feels overwhelmed and seeks comfort by calling Paras Chhabra. “I feel extremely nervous and scared. It just scares me.”

Marriage brings calm and stability
The actress further spoke about how her husband, Dipak Chauhan, has played a crucial role in bringing stability and calm into her life. “I have calmed down a lot after marriage. My panic and hyper moments have reduced significantly because Dipak is very sensible. He understands me and handles situations with maturity whenever I get overwhelmed,” she said.
