Arjun Kapoor’s full circle from villains to ‘Singham Again’
Arjun Kapoor embraces his villainous side once more in 'Singham Again', expressing gratitude to mentors for the opportunity.
Patriotic films are trending in Bollywood. After the latest release, Romeo Akbar Walter starring John Abraham in the lead as a RAW agent, next in line is Arjun Kapoor’s India’s Most Wanted.
Based on India’s Osama, the action-thriller starring Arjun Kapoor in the lead role is about a group of five tracking a terrorist in a secret mission and arresting him without the use of any modern arms or intelligence gathering equipment. The film, like its predecessors, pays tribute to the unsung heroes of our society.
The teaser shows Kapoor playing Prabhat in the film who volunteers to catch a dreaded terrorist. Only a glimpse of this nameless man who caused 52 bomb blasts across several cities in India is shown. In the teaser, however, his voice-over dominates. The terrorist quotes an excerpt form the Bhagavad Gita as pretext to justify his warring ambitions.

Arjun Kapoor shared the film’s official teaser on social media along with its new poster. He wrote: “The unbelievable story of the manhunt for India’s Osama. An operation that had no guns, only guts. Watch the #IndiasMostWantedTeaser now…”

The actor also shared a new look poster from the film and captioned it thus: “Inspired by true events, #IndiasMostWanted is a story of guts & pride. It’s about the 5 men who save the lives of a billion people by hunting down India’s Osama. Teaser out at noon today.”

India’s Most Wanted is written, directed and co-produced by Raj Kumar Gupta who helmed successful projects like Raid and No One Killed Jessica.
The film is scheduled to release on May 24, 2019.
