During the important meeting, it was decided that arrangements for clean drinking water, hygienic and organized toilets, seating for devotees and designated spaces for changing clothes would be established at the earliest.

Proposals for setting up pooja material shops, information boards, and designated areas for prasad distribution were positively received by the Minister, while he also appreciated the institution’s willingness to take responsibility for cleanliness and security.

He mentioned that such collective efforts bring life and impact to any place. When society takes the lead, governance becomes more effective, Mishra added.

Welcoming the proposal to introduce e-rickshaw services for the convenience of devotees, the Minister said this initiative would greatly benefit senior citizens and differently-abled visitors.

He further suggested inviting prominent personalities of Delhi to participate in the Yamuna Aarti at Vasudev Ghat, and emphasized that this would not only enhance the recognition of the sacred site, but also create an opportunity to bring different sections of society to one place.
