A 24-year-old woman alleged that she was drugged and gangraped at a party by four men in North Delhi’s Civil Lines, officials said on Thursday.
The police said the woman, who worked at a Gurugram-based firm, claimed that the group of men spiked her drink before raping her at the party while she was intoxicated.

“The woman reportedly, in her complaint, said she was invited to a party by one of her male friends on Sunday, at a friend’s house in Civil Lines. She accepted the invite and went to the given address near Under Hill Road,” the officer said.

After reaching, she met her friend, along with another acquaintance and two other men, she said, adding to her statement, “All of them drank and partied together till late at night.”
Continuing her statement further, she said, “During that night, someone added something to her drink she consumed, and later she became semi-conscious.”
A senior officer said that the woman reportedly mentioned that the four men took her to the washroom took turns to rape her.“The victim alleged that she was thrashed by the suspects, who also filmed the act,” the officer was quoted as saying.
They allegedly intimidated her with the threat to upload the video on social media if she reported the matter to the police.
Subsequently, the men dropped her outside her residence, the officer mentioned. She then informed the officer and filed a complaint against the suspects. A woman officer attended the call and took her for a medical examination, the officer said.
Officers have informed her parents, and further inquiry into this case is ongoing by the cops, he added.
