Himachal govt to build medical device park in Nalagarh with its own resources
The Himachal Pradesh government prioritising the interests of the state has decided to build a medical device park in Nalagarh of Solan district on its own resources.
The villagers of Chalyavani village of Arki tehsil in Solan district is grappling with acute shortage of water since last two months.
DD Shandil a resident of the village said, “Despite the repeated attempts of complaints both verbal and written to Irrigation and Public Health (IPH) department Arki and Darlaghat, no action has been taken to provide respite from the water crisis.”
He appealed to the state government to take cognizance of the problem and provide water connection from the main line owing to the height of the village and huge population of the village.

The villagers have expressed apprehension of the situation getting worse in the summers, if the situation that is persisting in January and February is not taken care of.
The villagers have urged the state government to issue necessary directions to the officials concerned of the IPH department.
