Bank of India (BOI), Siliguri Zone, yesterday marked Doctors’ Day in a grand manner. The bank participated in an event organized by the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Siliguri, where it introduced the ‘BOI Doctor Plus’ scheme, which is especially designed for doctors.
At the BOI Burdwan Road branch, Siliguri, today, the bank, in association with Star Health, organized a Health Check up Camp where not only customers but also employees of the cluster branches of the Siliguri Cluster participated actively. Dr Imanva Dey and Kins Care examined participants and told the participants about the correct way to healthy life.
Doctors availing of the BOI Doctor Plus facilities were given sanction letters by Nitish Nayak, the Dy Zonal Manager, BOI, Siliguri Zone.

Concluding the camp with his thanksgiving speech, Mr Nayak said, “Doctors have devoted their life to serve others, and it’s our turn to serve them.’ We are looking forward to serving the real heroes of the society.”
