Himachal assembly by-polls: Congress announces candidates for 3 seats
The by-polls in six Assembly constituencies in the state are scheduled to be held on June 1 along with the Lok Sabha elections.
Chief Minister Seva Sankalp Helpline 1100 is proving a boon to the people of Himachal Pradesh in resolving their grievances, Ghumarwin MLA Rajender Garg said on Wednesday. Garg said CM Jai Ram Thakur government in Himachal was working for all-round development of the state.
“The BJP government does not believe in politics of regionalism and casteism and the party is implementing every development project on the lines of the motto of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” he said.
He said CM helpline was changing the lives of ordinary citizens and gone are the days when commoners had to visit government offices for the smallest of complaints.

“The helpline was launched by Jai Ram Thakur in the month of September and since then, it has been a success story and people have appreciated and have given a very positive response towards this facility.
Recently, a complaint came form Kartholi village in Bilaspur who complained about the electricity issue in his village and soon after dialing 1100, problem was resolved to his satisfaction,” he added.
Garg further stated that Congress leaders were making rhetorical statements against the helpline launched by the BJP government.
“This is because they are stunned by the success of this service,” he added.
He added the grievances registered in the Seva Sankalp 1100 helpline were being expedited and are being resolved to complainant satisfaction.
