The price of a single ticket for Punjab State Holi Bumper lottery 2019 is Rs 500, excluding the Rs 90 taken as 'other charges'.
A resident of Kharar (SAS Nagar), Suman won the first prize of Punjab State Sawan Bumper-2019 held on July 8 at Ludhiana. She, on Wednesday, submitted the documents to the Punjab State Lotteries Department for encashment of the prize.
An official spokesperson said that the draw for the Punjab State Sawan Bumper was held on July 8 at Ludhiana and the first prize of Rs 3 crore had gone to two tickets A-316460 and B-331362 (Rs 1.5 each) and Suman was one of the lucky winners who pocketed the first prize of Rs 1.5 crore.
Expressing satisfaction over the transparent and smooth system of the lotteries draws adopted by Punjab State Lotteries department, lucky winner Suman said that the most joyous thing is that Punjab is the only state in which the big prizes of all lotteries are surely given to the common people.

Considering the huge enthusiasm of the people, the spokesperson said, “The Punjab State Rakhi Bumper-2019 had already been floated in the market for which the draw will be held on September 3, 2019.”
