Pak national among 2 infiltrators gunned down at LoC in Poonch
Speaking to reporters Brigadier Puneet Doval said during the early hours of August 30, the Indian army troops, foiled an infiltration attempt by the terrorists from across the LoC.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbboba Mufti today expressed grief and anguish over the killing of children in cross-border shelling by Pakistan along the LoC in Poonch district of the state.
“It is very unfortunate that these teenagers became victims of fire power when they were yet to understand the nuances of politics,” she said in a statement issued here.
Mehbooba has directed the district administration to ensure specialised treatment to the people injured in the shelling.

Two minors were killed and 12 civilians injured in the cross-border shelling by Pakistan along the LoC in the district today.
