A frail appearing Manohar Parrikar on Thursday presented the state budget in Goa Assembly, almost a week after he was hospitalised to a pancreas-related ailment.

Parrikar was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital on February 15 and after being treated for a week, returned to Goa on Thursday morning.
