West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday condoled the death of Union Environment Minister Anil Dave.
"Saddened at the sudden passing of Union Minister Anil Dave Ji. Condolences to his family, friends and colleagues", she said in a tweet.

60-year-old Dave had complained of uneasiness at his home this morning and was rushed to AIIMS where he passed away, according to official sources.

Kabir said that he is ready to resign and ensure Mamata Banerjee is elected from Rejinagar.
Mamata Banerjee gave a nod to Firhad Hakim’s proposal to resign from the mayoral post claimed by TMC leader Kunal Ghosh today.
The expelled TMC MLA claimed that his faction has been accepted as the principal Opposition in the 18th West Bengal Legislative Assembly.
