Trinamool govt wants to make Hindus second-class citizens in Bengal: PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday claimed that the Trinamool Congress-ruled West Bengal government wants to make the Hindus second-class citizens in the state.
Calcutta High Court’s Chief Justice T.S. Sivagnanam has returned the case, involving Trinamool Congress’ national General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee’s plea, to the court of the same judge who earlier had recused from hearing in the matter following objections from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) counsel.
