Kejriwal eating sweets to create grounds for medical bail, ED tells court
The special judge directed the Tihar Jail administration to file a report on the matter, which includes a diet chart followed for Kejriwal.
A group of four officials of Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the showroom of Geetanjali Gems and Jewellery at Suhatta Shopping Mall in City Centre on Thursday.
Earlier, this showroom was sealed, raided and later opened after two days by the Enforcement department. On Thursday at around 12 noon the four ED officials raided the back office of the jewellery showroom and seized jewellery, sources said.
However, there is no official statement from ED on this raid on Thursday. Few days ago the ED officials along with PNB officials of Durgapur raided the jewellery shop and inspected the stock registers and cash books.

They also tspoke to the owner of the franchisee shop Rajib Banerjee of Durgapur. Throughout the country ED officials have fanned out in different parts and have been raiding Mehul Chowksi-run Geetanjali Group showrooms since the past few days.
The Durgapur showroom was inaugurated on 2008. Raids have also been conducted at the Kolkata outlets earlier. The CBI has lodged FIR against the companies of Nirav Modi and Mehul Chowksi after the Punjab National Bank (PNB) financial scam of about Rs.11,500 crores broke out recently.
