Delhi: Juvenile among four more nabbed for murder of 14-year-old boy
Four of the six accused were on the run after allegedly abducting and killing the teenager.
A double murder rocked the Kamarda area under Bhograi block on Sunday. The victims were brothers and they were killed by a villager over a tube well water. The deceased were identified as Madhusudan Giri and his younger brother Narayan Giri, of Harinipuli village. The assailant has been identified as Durgashankar Das of same village.
The villagers beat up Das and torched his thatched house. Police rescued Das and admitted him to the hospital. The Giri brothers had strained relationship with Das. on Sunday, morning Das found his patch of paddy freshly sowed under water due to release from the tube well.
Presuming that Giri brothers let water into his land he quarelled with the two, picked up a knife and attacked Madhusudan. Narayan intervened to save his elder brother and was stabbed. The two died on the spot.
