Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha on Wednesday urged personnel across all ranks to share suggestions aimed at improving efficiency and modernising policing in the national capital.

An official order from the Commissioner’s office states that a dedicated email ID—cpsecretariatinnovation@gmail.com—has been set up to receive ideas on technological upgrades, procedural reforms, and innovations to strengthen policing.

Officers from senior ranks to inspectors have been asked to submit their suggestions as concept notes, outlining the current situation, key challenges, proposed solutions, and the expected benefits or improvements in quality.

The order stated that submissions must be sent by September 20, urging staff of all ranks to actively participate in improving the efficiency and service delivery of Delhi Police.

The directive, signed by the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Police Commissioner, also said that the CP Secretariat will maintain a proper record of the responses received.
