Taking to social media platform X, the CM shared that at several locations, when water reaches the road, it causes significant damage.

She further instructed officials to take necessary measures for dust mitigation, stressing that dust accumulation must be prevented.

The CM stated that her government’s style of working is to reach out to the public, take note of their issues, and ensure timely resolution.

“This is the new work culture of Delhi, where the safety, convenience, and dignity of every family is our top priority,” Gupta said.

The CM added that the government is working on a war footing to control pollution and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the national capital.

She claimed that work is underway to prioritise the area-wise basic needs and requirements of residents across the city, so that essential services reach people and they do not face hardships.

“The Government’s resolve is to build a Viksit Delhi, Green Delhi, and Clean Delhi, and work is progressing in this direction,” she said.

Meanwhile, MP Praveen Khandelwal, who was present during the CM’s inspection in the Shakur Basti assembly constituency, shared that important development projects worth ₹500 crore have been approved for the area.

He said the decision will bring much-needed relief to residents by resolving long-pending issues.
