Meanwhile, Delhi BJP media head Praveen Shankar Kapoor and the media relations head Vikram Mittal also congratulated the Rekha Gupta regime on the completion of one year.

Sachdeva said he was pround of the fact that after 27 years, in 2025, a sensitive BJP government came to power in the national capital, whose doors always remain open for the public to hear the grievances of the common citizens.

The Delhi BJP chief alleged that over the past three decades, the Congress and AAP governments completely crippled the functioning. According to him, in colonies like Kirari, scams were committed in laying and cleaning sewer lines, due to which even light rainfall would lead to waterlogging. However, the present government has controlled the situation within its first year the result of which was visible improvement during the last monsoon as no waterlogging incidents occurred.

He lashed out at the previous AAP government, alleging that during the 11 years of its rule, Delhi’s public transport system went for a toss and had been crippled, whereas now, within a year’s time, the BJP government has provided nearly 1,000 new electric buses to the people of Delhi.

Sachdeva said that Rekha Gupta government has done a lot for the poor with schemes like the Atal Canteens, which have now been increased to 71 in just a year. Soon the number will cross 150 mark, providing nutritious meals at Rs 5 to thousands every day.

Similarly, he mentioned that the government implemented the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna to provide medical treatment the poor.

Responding to AAP leader Manish Sisodia’s remarks, Delhi BJP president said the people of Delhi are shocked to see the rejected and nearly year-long missing former Deputy Chief Minister Sisodia holding a press conference, and they want to know where he had been all this time while now shedding crocodile tears.
