Stabbing at Sydney church a ‘terrorist act’: Australian police
Australian police are treating a stabbing at a Sydney church as a terrorist attack, New South Wales Police Commissioner Karen Webb said on Tuesday.
A 20-year-old girl student of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Rohroo in Shimla district was found dead along the road at Chonra village in Theog on Wednesday morning.
The police have also arrested an accused. The victim hailed from Chirgaon in the interiors of Rohroo and had gone missing under mysterious circumstances five days ago.
The father of the deceased had lodged a missing complaint on 3 April, at Police Station Chirgaon.

According to Shimla Additional Superintendent of Police, Praveer Thakur, “A body of a girl was found lying below the road leading to Baikhalti to Mashobra at Chonra village, Tehsil Theog about 50 meters from the road in the bushes.”
On the demarcation of the father of the deceased, the police arrested an accused person Prithvi Raj (39), he added.
The forensic experts of State Forensic Science Laboratory (FFSL), Junga visited the spot, besides the autopsy of the dead body is being performed, he said, adding that further investigation is being carried out.
