Two Maoists, including a woman, were gunned down on Saturday by the security forces during a shootout in Chhattisgarh’s Sukma district, an official said.
The shootout between the Maoists and a joint team of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Chhattisgarh Police took place around 9 a.m.

“The security forces recovered the bodies of Maoists. We also recovered guns from the spot,” the official said.
