MSETCL honored globally for Best Public Relations

The “World Innovation and Change Management Institute” declared Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company limited (MSETCL) the prestigious international award “PRO PR Globe Social Responsibility Communication Achievement Award-2025”. MSETCL has been bestowed upon this award for setting a new benchmark in social accountability and effective public relations.

The award will be presented to MSETCL at the ‘PRO PR Roman Forum’, an international conference to be held in Rome, the capital of Italy, on January 28, 2026. This year, a total of 76 international Judges from six continents evaluated the communication, Social Responsibility and Public Relations projects of various organizations. They ranked MSETCL among the top three organizations in the world in the “Social Responsibility Communication Achievement” category.

The feature of the award is that no fee is charged for the award. The initiative is being organized by the Croatia-based Apriori World Agency, for the past 14 years.

The agency is supported by four leading global Public Relations organizations including the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), the International Public Relations Association (IPRA), Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO).

The prime objective of this award is to globally recognize and promote positive, transparent and innovative initiatives in the social, environmental and communication sectors. This honor of MSETCL at the international level has given global recognition to Maharashtra’s Public sector communication, social responsibility and effective Public Relations. This has been possible due to the innovative approach and collective efforts of the company’s team.

Public Relations Department leads the Way: Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Chairman and Managing Director of MSETCL Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (IAS) attributed the success to the company’s Public Relations department and its positive organizational work. He said, “Understanding the ongoing creative and innovative work and new changes in the media, the Public Relations department of the MSETCL has brought about positive changes by diversifying its work. The Public Relations department is leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance its PR effectiveness.
