RBI bans Kotak Mahindra Bank from on boarding new online customers
However, the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) said the bank shall continue to provide services to its existing customers, including its credit card customers.
Kotak Mahindra Bank on Tuesday said it has completed an integration of its net banking platform with DigiLocker.
Now customers with the bank can be instantly updated their correspondence address on net banking through DigiLocker.
With many customers having relocated to their hometowns during the COVID-19 pandemic, this facility gives customers one more option through which they can easily change their correspondence address, instantly and completely online, said a company statement.

DigiLocker is one of the flagship initiatives under the Government of India’s Digital India programme aimed at providing paperless governance to citizens.
