Roshan Anand, Director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Academy, was released from jail on Monday after being granted bail by the Patna High Court. Upon his release from Beur Jail, he levelled serious allegations against Faizal Khan, better known as Khan Sir, accusing him of orchestrating the murder of Prince Yadav. His statements have given the case a fresh twist.
Claiming that his brother Prince Yadav’s murder was not an ordinary crime but the result of a well-planned conspiracy, Anand alleged that the role of Khan and Kisan Cold Storage owner RS Prasad should be investigated.

Prince Yadav was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Nepal.
Questioning the circumstances surrounding his brother’s death, he said, “When I was outside, nothing happened to my brother. As soon as I went to jail, my brother was murdered. This is a conspiracy. Faizal Khan has told many lies. Now everyone can see who was responsible for the firing. A video has also surfaced, and it clearly shows that it came from Faizal Khan’s side.”
Anand also issued a warning to Khan, saying, “Faizal Khan is not a teacher; he is my brother’s murderer. My brother has been taken away from me.”
He added, “Whatever the outcome may be, there will be no compromise now. This will be a fight to the finish. My struggle will continue until justice is delivered in my brother’s death case.”
Roshan Anand was arrested in connection with the vandalism at Khan Global Studies on June 2. After failing to secure relief from a lower court, he approached the High Court for bail. Following the completion of legal formalities, he was granted bail and released from Beur Jail on Monday.
The Prince Yadav murder case has already attracted significant public attention. With the fresh allegations made by Anand following his release, the matter has once again stirred political and social debate.
