The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has announced a 10 per cent rebate on Property Tax for the financial year 2026–27 for taxpayers in its jurisdiction who pay their Property Tax dues on or before June 30.
All property owners in the NDMC area have been encouraged to avail themselves of this beneficial scheme by making timely payment of their Property Tax and thereby enjoying substantial savings through the rebate offered by the Council.

Taxpayers may make their payments through NDMC’s online payment portal or through other authorised modes of payment notified by the Council, the civic body said on Saturday.

The NDMC has appealed to all taxpayers in its area to avoid the last-minute rush and make their payments well before the due date to avail themselves of the rebate benefit.
“For further information and assistance, taxpayers may contact the Tax Department of NDMC during office hours or visit the NDMC website,” the civic body added.
