Kerala restaurant faces backlash over poster depicting Lord Krishna with non-vegetarian dish
A Vishu promotional poster released by Meher Mandi & Grills has sparked widespread outrage for depicting Lord Krishna alongside a non-vegetarian dish.
The deceased has been identified as Advait of Korayangad Street in Koyilandy.

In a heart-rending incident, a 16-year-old boy died in Koyilandy in Kerala’s Kozhikode district while bursting firecrackers with friends on a ground near his house during Vishu celebrations while another was injured in the accident.
The deceased has been identified as Advait of Korayangad Street in Koyilandy.

According to reports, a high-intensity firecracker (locally referred to as a “gund”) exploded in his hand. He was immediately rushed to the Koyilandy Taluk Hospital. His injuries were so severe that he succumbed in the hospital during treatment.
